HOWDYLAH · THE DETAILS

Terms of service

Effective: 22 October 2026 · Last updated: 22 October 2026

1. The service and agreement

Howdylah is an early-access business messaging service built and managed by SUNSPARK STUDIO (202403276086). These terms govern use of the service from the effective date. Use it only if you are authorised to act for your business and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service and contact us about closure and your information. Applicable non-excludable rights remain unaffected.

2. Accounts and workspace administration

Provide accurate information, safeguard credentials and notify us of suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity you authorise. Workspace access requires membership: registration alone does not grant access to another business. Administrators manage invitations, join requests, roles and the departure of team members. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass access controls.

3. Customer content and messaging

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorise SUNSPARK STUDIO and relevant service providers to process it only as needed to operate, secure and support Howdylah and follow your authorised instructions, subject to applicable obligations. Your business is responsible for the rights, notices, consents and messaging permissions needed to use its customer records, comply with law and follow Meta’s messaging rules. Do not send spam, unlawful or abusive material, impersonate others or upload malicious files.

4. AI and connected services

AI replies can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review your configuration and knowledge, oversee replies and provide human handling where needed. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice or use it for decisions requiring qualified judgment. Connected services have their own terms and can impose access, messaging and usage restrictions. Howdylah is not Meta, Google or OpenAI and does not imply their endorsement.

5. Early access and pricing

Features may change as the service develops. No uptime guarantee, service-level agreement, free-trial duration or payment commitment is offered by this website. Planned features, including self-service WhatsApp Embedded Signup and Coexistence onboarding, are not currently available or promised for a particular date.

Before any paid service is agreed, we will separately confirm fees, third-party usage charges, billing, cancellation, refunds and any agreed liability limits. Creating an account alone does not authorise a charge. These terms do not invent a paid plan or restrict statutory payment rights.

6. Confidentiality and privacy

Each party should protect non-public business information received through the service and use it only for authorised service purposes, except for permitted disclosures to service providers, professional advisers or authorities under appropriate safeguards or applicable law. The privacy policy explains processing of personal information. Your business remains responsible for its customer-facing privacy obligations.

7. Suspension, closure and deletion

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful use, platform restrictions, serious breaches or service integrity. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protective restrictions may take effect immediately. Contact support to challenge an error or request closure. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of a service discontinuation.

We verify account or workspace authority before closure, export assistance or deletion. Departing members cannot delete another business’s records. Our deletion procedure describes scope, timing and backup limitations. No automatic account-deletion button is currently offered.

8. Responsibility and disputes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output or availability of connected platforms. Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. These launch terms do not set a monetary liability cap or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional paid-service allocation of liability must be agreed separately before billing.

Malaysian law applies, subject to mandatory rights and laws that apply regardless of this clause. First raise disputes at hq@howdylah.com so we can try to resolve them in good faith. If unresolved, either party may pursue available remedies in a court with jurisdiction. Nothing requires you to waive a statutory remedy.

9. Changes and contact

We show the revision date here and provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. We will obtain further acceptance where required. If you disagree with a material change, contact us about closure before continued use.
